Moritz Design & Construct
Ryan began his carpentry apprenticeship in the Riverland in 2004, working with local builders before relocating to Roxby Downs in 2010. There he stepped into supervisory roles, coordinating new home builds and upgrades while contracting on projects for BHP. In 2015, Ryan and his wife, Kylie, returned to the Riverland to design and build their own family home. Their family grew with the arrival of Olivia in 2020 and Hugo in 2022. Along the way, Ryan broadened his experience with supervision and project management roles at JMA Engineering and BHP on large‑scale projects.
In 2020, Ryan and Kylie launched Moritz Design & Construct with a simple goal: combine professional project delivery with a genuine family touch. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted residential and commercial builder across the region, delivering everything from memorable home builds to complex commercial works.
You’ll often see Olivia and Hugo visiting sites and saying hello to clients, because for us, building is a family effort. We bring the same care to your lounge room as we do to your shopfront, with clear communication, tidy sites, and work we’re proud to hand over.
